You know how the phrase "Your mom" has become so darn popular? It really annoys me. Especially when its all someone says:
A: Hi there!
B: Your mom.
A: Uhhh... how's it going?
B: Your mom.
A Yeah I'll be leaving now.
B: Your mom!
That gets on my nerves. However, IA (inevitably) found a way to make it more interesting. Someone German told someone else how to say it in German. Only at IA:
A: Hi there!
B: Deine Mutter. (DIE-nuh MOO-tehr)
A: Uhhh... how's it going?
B: Deine Mutter.
A Sind deine Verdaungsprobleme schlimmer geworden?
B: Deine Mutter!
I mean how much fun is that! The whole school knows it by now, and it's almost as common as the boring English equivalent. That's not to say that we've all learned to to ask each other about the condition of our digestive systems, but that may come in time.

I started a new thing where I relay my husband's strong opinions about
consumer products. It's called Justin's Opinions.
So far there are posts about coffee...
